Why we started

Carling Cottage Care was founded in 2024 by Mike and Jodi Werner, a husband-and-wife team who live and work in the Carling area. We know first-hand the worry that comes with leaving a property unattended for weeks or months at a time. Weather, wildlife, intruders, and simple mechanical issues can turn a small problem into a major expense if no one is there to catch it early.

Our mission is simple: give cottage and home owners peace of mind. We provide reliable, professional property checks and maintenance services so our clients can spend more time enjoying their time here and less time managing their property from a distance.
