Our comprehensive closing service protects your cottage from the inside out.
- Water System: Drain pump, tank, and lines. Blow out lines with compressed air.
- Antifreeze: Add non-toxic plumbing antifreeze to all traps, toilets, and appliances.
- Appliances: Defrost fridge/freezer and leave doors open to prevent mold.
- Heating: Set thermostat to winter maintenance temp (if applicable) or shut down.
- Exterior: Store patio furniture, pull in floating docks (if requested), and secure boats.
Spring Opening
Get your season started right with a professional opening.
- Water System: Reassemble pump, prime lines, and chlorinate system (shock well).
