Seasonal setup and closing help covers the physical jobs at a cottage: installing or removing dock sections and ramps, setting out or storing outdoor furniture, seasonal deep cleaning and a basic visual walkthrough. We do not open, drain or winterize water, electrical or heating systems.
We handle the physical jobs that make arrival and departure easier, while leaving higher-liability systems work to the appropriate licensed professionals.
Spring setup
We can reinstall accessible dock sections, ramps and ladders, arrange patio furniture and complete a seasonal deep clean before your first stay.
Fall closing help
We can bring in and store outdoor furniture, remove floating or sectional dock pieces where the site allows, deep clean and complete a visual walkthrough.
We do not drain or start water systems, connect or disconnect utilities, operate appliances, apply antifreeze, test alarms, install shutters or provide final security lockup services.
