What we do
Practical care for your property, in every season
Carling Cottage Care is a locally owned company providing visual property checks, seasonal setup, grounds maintenance, dock work, painting and repairs for cottages and year-round homes in Carling, Parry Sound, Nobel and McDougall.
We are not a franchise and not a call centre. Mike handles the mechanical side, repairs and project work. Jodi handles grounds, finishes and client care. When you call, you speak directly with the owners responsible for the work.
Winter service is limited to visual property checks. We do not offer plowing or snow removal, and we leave building-system work to the appropriate qualified trade.

Questions we get asked
Do you care for year-round homes as well as cottages?
Yes. We work with seasonal cottages and year-round homes throughout Carling, Parry Sound, Nobel and nearby communities.
Do you offer snow removal or driveway plowing?
No. We do not plow or remove snow from driveways, roofs, decks, walkways or steps, and we do not remove ice dams.
Are you insured?
Yes. Carling Cottage Care is fully insured, and proof of coverage is available on request.
Can you match an insurer's vacancy-check schedule?
We can arrange a visit frequency around requirements you confirm directly with your insurer. Our checks are visual and do not guarantee coverage.
Who comes to the property?
Carling Cottage Care is owner-operated by Mike and Jodi Werner. When licensed work is needed, an appropriate trade may also attend.
