Our winter service is limited to scheduled visual property checks for cottages and homes. We do not provide plowing, snow removal, shovelling, roof clearing or systems winterization.

Winter weather can change an unattended property quickly. A visual visit focuses on accessible exterior and interior areas and visible signs of storm or weather damage.

We agree on access, areas to be viewed and visit frequency before winter service begins. Checks are visual and do not include testing or operating water, heating, electrical, appliance or security systems.
