Carling Cottage Care is a small family business in Carling Township, Ontario. We collect only what we need to quote and carry out work on your property.

What we collect

• Your name, email address and phone number
• The location of the property and the services you are asking about
• Anything else you choose to write in the message field

How we use it

We use your details to reply to your request, prepare a quote, schedule work and send you service correspondence and invoices. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who can see it

Mike and Jodi Werner. Where a job needs a licensed trade, we share only what that trade needs to attend the property. Our website and form submissions are stored with our hosting and database providers under their own security terms.

Keeping and removing your information

We keep quote requests and service records while you are a client and for a reasonable period afterwards for tax and insurance purposes. You can ask us to see or delete your information at any time.
