Urgent Property Response for Existing Clients
Urgent property response is available to existing Carling Cottage Care clients. We attend the property, complete an initial visual assessment of visible storm or weather damage, carry out small repairs within our scope, and help coordinate the appropriate licensed trade before further work proceeds.
The goal is a prompt, practical first look from someone who already knows the property — followed by clear coordination with you and any qualified trade that is needed.
For properties we know
Urgent response is intended for current clients whose access and service arrangements are already in place. Availability depends on safety, roads and existing commitments.
The right help for the problem
We do not promise services outside our scope. Where licensed, specialist or emergency services are needed, we help connect and coordinate rather than attempting that work ourselves.

Is urgent response guaranteed at all hours?
No. Existing clients receive priority, but response depends on safety, road conditions, availability and the nature of the concern.
Do you provide security or break-in response?
No. Security incidents should be directed to the appropriate authorities and security provider.

Yes. When a problem requires licensed or specialist work, we can help coordinate access and next steps.
