Simple exterior maintenance and fewer attractants can reduce the chance of wildlife moving in while you are away.
Remove easy attractants
Store food, seed, waste and scented supplies in secure containers. Clean cooking areas before leaving for an extended period.
Look for visible entry points
Inspect screens, soffits, vents, door sweeps and gaps around exterior penetrations. Small repairs are easier before an animal enlarges the opening.

- Trim easy access from low branches
